I have been partnering with Kristy for 8 years so far. Some of the events include large scale events that present with difficult and often complex situations. Kristy has proven to be able to come up with “out of the box” solutions that just work.
Her work is higher than the standard. She has the ability to take extensive notes which allows her to come up with a comprehensive Incident Action Plan (IAP). She understands the importance of having a plan and a backup plan in her IAP. I have experienced her ability to be able to bounce back when “Plan B” needs to be activated. Her goal is to make the event a success.
Kristy is able to be a leader during meetings. She has demonstrated strong verbal skills to keep meetings concise and efficient. She is able to manage multiple departments while streamlining communication to make the planning stages across all departments efficient.
On the event, Kristy has shown flawless radio etiquette. She can command what needs to happen by using a proactive approach to problem-solving during the execution of the event.
